Affiliate Terms of Use

As an authorized affiliate (Affiliate) of TAP2, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement (Agreement). Please read the entire Agreement carefully before registering and promoting as an Affiliate.

Your participation in the Program is solely to legally advertise our website and products listed, in return for a commission on products purchased by individuals referred by your affiliate link.

By signing up for the Affiliate Program (Program), you indicate your acceptance of this Agreement and its terms and conditions.

Approval or Rejection of the Application

We reserve the right to approve or reject ANY Affiliate Program Application at our sole and absolute discretion. You will have no legal recourse against us for the rejection of your Affiliate Program Application.

Commissions

You cannot refer to yourself, and you will not receive a commission on your accounts.

Commissions will be paid upon withdrawal request by the affiliate. For an Affiliate to receive a commission, the purchase order must abide by our returns policy and its time frames stated.

Commission payments will only be sent for transactions that have been completed and can be paid up to 30 days from approval of the withdrawal request to allow adequate time for returns or exchanges to be processed.

If the customer of the purchase order which led to the entitlement of the commission has requested an exchange, then the 30-day approval period begins from the date of delivery of the exchanged item.

Transactions that result in chargebacks or refunds will not be paid out. TAP2 reserves the right to review and withhold commission payments for transactions resulting in chargebacks, refunds, or any other dispute for up to 90 days after the transaction to ensure validity. TAP2 will not be liable for commissions on disputed or refunded transactions regardless of the timeframe, and any fraudulent behaviour will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any pending commission.

Termination

Your affiliate application and status in the Program may be suspended or terminated for any of the following reasons:

• Inappropriate advertisements (false claims, misleading hyperlinks, etc.).
• Spamming (mass email, mass newsgroup posting, etc.).
• Advertising on sites containing or promoting illegal activities.
• Failure to disclose the affiliate relationship for any promotion that qualifies as an endorsement under existing Federal Trade Commission guidelines and regulations, or any applicable state laws.
• Violation of intellectual property rights. Affiliates must obtain prior written consent and enter into a formal license agreement with TAP2 before using any trademarks, logos, or proprietary materials. Any unauthorized use of TAP2 intellectual property will result in immediate termination of the Affiliate account, and TAP2 reserves the right to pursue legal action for infringement. TAP2 also reserves the right to require the removal of any infringing content within 24 hours of notice.
• Offering rebates, coupons, or other forms of promised kickbacks from your affiliate commission as an incentive. Adding bonuses or bundling other products with TAP2 products, however, is acceptable.
• Self-referrals, fraudulent transactions, suspected Affiliate fraud.

In addition to the foregoing, TAP2 reserves the right to terminate any Affiliate account at any time, for any violations of this Agreement or for any reason that TAP2 Ltd deems acceptable. Upon termination of an Affiliate account for any reason, TAP2 reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance for 60 days to verify any pending transactions, chargebacks, or disputes. Affiliates agree to waive claims on balances withheld due to violations of this Agreement, provided that TAP2 supplies a written reason for such termination.

Affiliate Links

You may use graphic and text links both on your website, social media channels, or within your private message and email exchanges. You may also advertise the site in online and offline classified ads, magazines, and newspapers.

You may use the graphics and text provided by us, or you may create your own as long as they are deemed appropriate according to the conditions and not in violation as outlined in the Termination section.

Coupon and Deal Sites

TAP2 occasionally offers coupons to select affiliates and to our newsletter subscribers. If you’re not pre-approved/assigned a branded coupon, then you’re not allowed to promote the coupon.

• Affiliates may not use misleading text on affiliate links, buttons, or images to imply that anything besides currently authorized deals are available to the specific affiliate.
• Affiliates may not bid on Coupons, Discounts, or other phrases implying coupons are available.
• Affiliates are prohibited from using misleading text, unauthorized pop-ups, or hidden affiliate cookies in connection with any promotional offers, coupons, or deals. TAP2 reserves the right to immediately terminate any affiliate engaged in such practices and to reclaim any commissions generated from misleading promotions.

Pay Per Click (PPC) Policy

PPC bidding is NOT allowed without prior written permission. Affiliates are strictly prohibited from engaging in Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising that uses TAP2 brand names, trademarks, or associated keywords without prior written permission. TAP2 reserves the right to monitor PPC activities and terminate any account found in violation of this policy.

Liability

TAP2 will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of commissions due to tracking failures, technical issues, or database errors. Affiliates acknowledge that tracking technology is provided on an ‘as-is’ basis, and TAP2 makes no guarantee of uninterrupted operation.

We do not make any expressed or implied warranties with respect to the Program and/or the memberships or products sold by TAP2. We do not claim that the operation of the Program and/or our website(s) will be error-free and we will not be liable for any interruptions or errors.

Term of the Agreement

The term of this Agreement begins upon your acceptance in the Program and will end when your Affiliate account is terminated or upon deactivation of the Affiliate account.

TAP2 reserves the right to modify the terms of this Agreement at any time. Affiliates will be notified of material changes via email and will have 30 days to review and accept the updated terms. If an Affiliate does not accept the new terms, they may terminate their account within the 30 days.

Indemnification

Affiliate shall indemnify and hold harmless TAP2 and its affiliate and subsidiary companies, officers, directors, employees, licensees, successors, and assigns, including those licensed or authorized by TAP2 to transmit and distribute materials, from any and all liabilities, damages, fines, judgments, claims, costs, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees and costs) arising out of or related to any and all claims sustained in connection with this Agreement due to the negligence, misrepresentation, failure to disclose, or intentional misconduct of Affiliate.

Electronic Signatures Effective

The Agreement is an electronic contract that sets out the legally binding terms of your participation in the affiliate program. You indicate your acceptance of this Agreement and all of the terms and conditions contained or referenced in this Agreement by completing the application process. This action creates an electronic signature that has the same legal force and effect as a handwritten signature.
