Does my wearable need charging?

No, TAP2 wearables are completely battery-free, so you never have to worry about charging them.  They’re always ready to go whenever you are.

Is my wearable waterproof?

Yes and NO, all TAP2 RINGS are fully waterproof. You can wear them in the shower, while swimming, or in any wet conditions without any risk of damage. HOWEVER, all leather goods such as keyfobs are only water resistent meaning they can withstand small amounts of water but they are not fully waterproof.

What are TAP2 rings made out of?

TAP2 rings are made from durable, high-quality ceramic, they are designed to withstand daily wear and tear, including exposure to water and other elements.

Why do I need to use CURVE?

Curve is our partner platform that allows you to link multiple bank accounts to your TAP2 wearable.  It simplifies managing your payments by consolidating all your cards into one, giving you the flexibility to choose which account you want to use at any time.

How many wearables can I have?

There is no limit to the amount of wearables you can connect to the TAP2 app and each one can be linked to your Curve account. This allows you to use different wearables for different occasions or preferences, all connected to the same payment source.

Can I still use my wearable if my phone dies?

Yes, your TAP2 wearable will continue to work even if your phone runs out of battery.  Since the wearable doesn't rely on your phone to process payments, you can keep tapping and paying without any interruptions.
